1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using M4Bot (“the Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

M4Bot is proprietary software. Upon purchase through the Mac App Store, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your personal Mac computer(s) in accordance with these Terms.

M4Bot is a paid application available through the Mac App Store. Payment is processed by Apple according to their terms and conditions. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple’s refund process.

M4Bot includes third-party open-source components that are subject to their respective licenses. For complete license information and copyright notices, see the Credits section in the Application (accessible via the “About” menu in the application).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICATION OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE APPLICATION.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Application code and user interface are reserved by the author, except for bundled third-party components which remain under their respective licenses.

8. User Content

M4Bot processes audio files that you provide. You retain all rights to your content. The Application does not store, transmit, or share your audio files or metadata with any external services.

9. Updates

The Application may be updated from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or other improvements. Continued use of the Application after updates constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

10. Termination

Your license to use the Application continues until terminated. You may terminate the license by deleting the Application from your Mac. We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you purchased the Application, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Application or via the Mac App Store. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
