Using the App
By using the App or this website, you agree to these terms. The App also follows the Apple Standard EULA, unless a separate licence is provided.
What the App does
The App brings together your audio and video, sound mixes, daily rituals and practice history. It also offers tools for support during panic attacks. Apple Watch and Health features are optional.
Your data
No account is needed. Your content, history and settings stay on your devices and may sync through iCloud and Apple Watch. The developer has no server for storing your personal records.
You manage your content and permissions. Keep backups of important files. Sync and reminders depend on your device settings and Apple services.
Supporting the App
Buying a coffee in the App is optional, one-time support. It is not a subscription and does not unlock features. Apple shows the price before you pay.
Apple handles payments and refund requests. Support through Buy Me a Coffee follows that service’s terms.
Health and your wellbeing
You choose whether to connect Apple Health and which permissions to allow. Heart-rate readings can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate.
The App does not diagnose conditions or replace medical care. Skip any exercise that feels uncomfortable. Seek medical help for new or severe symptoms, and call local emergency services in an emergency. The App does not monitor you or call for help automatically.
Other services and media
YouTube videos follow the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Other connected services, including Apple, Firebase, Mixpanel, GitHub and Buy Me a Coffee, have their own terms and privacy policies.
The App does not control external content or the availability of these services.
Using content responsibly
Only add media you own or have permission to use. Respect other people’s rights and the content provider’s terms. Do not disrupt the App, bypass its security or distribute its software in ways the licence does not allow. Exceptions allowed by law or open-source licences still apply.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains storage, analytics and how to manage your data.
Who owns the content?
Your media, notes and other content remain yours. Adding them to the App does not give the developer ownership. The App’s software, design and original materials belong to the developer or their respective owners.
Availability
The App may sometimes have errors or interruptions. Features and supported devices may change. Use practices where it is safe to do so.
Your rights as a consumer still apply.
